September 13, 2012 :: Some international readers won't know what a PCSO is, although I suppose you can probably guess. They are like police officers, but they just patrol neighbourhoods on foot looking for minor miscreants, they never jump over the hood of a car or drive through a big pile of cardboard boxes in an alleyway. It stands for "Police Community Support Officer".
